I am a sole trader owner of home care with Susan. I provide number one care supporting individuals at their own home. I provide personal care by agreement. I have experience in providing dementia care support. I also have experience working alongside adults with learning disabilities.
My values as a sole provider are to work on a person centred approach only. Being a micro provider gives the individual full control of the care they receive.
