Hope in Unity is an organisation who supports Black Elders that are socially isolated, vulnerable and lonely, but not exclusive to those who are faced with these situations. We are committed to providing a unique and culturally supportive service by helping to change attitudes and behaviours. Our service is user led and we continue to strive to reduce social isolation and improve quality of life providing help and support and the benefits of learning new skills and encouraging ways to become Healthier and fitter in your mind and body.

We provide good conversation and discussions along with activities that will stimulate the mind and body. We also provide freshly cooked nutritional Caribbean lunches for a small fee.

We currently operate two days a week Monday and Tuesday from 10.00am – 3.00pm

Come and meet like-minded people in a relaxing environment building new relationships and making new friends.
