Impact 4life Well-being CIC

We are a Birmingham based Community Interest Company which provides high quality and mobile Fitness and Well-being solutions. Our services are inclusive and accessible to all but our specialism involves working with vulnerable groups such as the elderly, those with disabilities and those with learning needs. Ensuring that no one is excluded, we deliver fitness and well-being outreach services to those whom are housebound or who have limited mobility.

Our bespoke services are personalised to the needs of each individual and can further be tailored to directly address any health conditions. CEO and Managing Director Shamala Antonio is a qualified Social Worker, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor and a Massage Therapist, Myself and the team are highly skilled and more importantly passionate about what we do.

Our services include; 1:1 Personal Training, group fitness, Nutrition advice and meal planning, Fitness and nutrition workshops, Healthy cooking classes, Outreach services, Bespoke lifestyle programmes, Work skills training programme for those with learning needs and or disabilities, Massage and facial services, Smoothie bike hire services

We know that there is a direct link between physical, mental and emotional well-being. We know that exercise is essential to the holistic well-being of us all, particularly when one falls into the ‘vulnerable group’ category- due to age, illness or health condition, injury and various other factors. The recommendations set out by Public Health England state that we should exercise daily, 150 minutes per week as a minimum. We know that there are endless benefits of exercise and a balanced diet and these are just some of the things which we discuss and teach those who engage in our service.

Our service is not just a one off activity, but rather a programme which educates and equips beneficiaries- leading to sustainable and long term positive change.
