My name is Sharon Scott and I have been a support worker for many years, in a number of different environments. I love the way my job enables individuals to retain as much independence as possible so they can stay in their homes where they are most comfortable. Knowing that all individuals have different needs at different extents, and at different times, the support I give is tailored to the individual’s independence.
