My name is Robert Naylor-Long, I am a qualified and experienced Change Therapist based in Harlow, and I offer a range of life improving and enhancing services to people throughout Essex and Hertfordshire who are looking to change their lives through Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I have extensive experience of working with people of all ages from all walks and stages of life, helping them to overcome issues, uncover their true potential, and enhance their lives in many different ways.

No two people are the same – they may approach me for help with the same issue, but their lives, experiences, and reasons for wanting to change will be entirely unique.
What I aim to do differently from other therapists is to work with you on an individually tailored basis, helping you to change in the ways you want. I don’t work to scripts or a ‘one technique fits-all’ plan.
By working closely with you in a professional, caring, genuine and empowering way, together we will aim to create a space of infinite possibilities, helping you to make the changes that you want and to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others around you.
