Caroline is a fully qualified Emmett Technique Professional Practitioner offering a friendly, versatile & tailor-made Muscle Release Therapy within the community to help keep you on the move!
The Therapy sessions assist people facing challenges with mobility, balance & body restrictions, making everyday life a lot easier. This creates a sense of overall wellbeing, independence and ease of movement with walking, getting in and out of chairs etc and carrying out daily tasks.
