How are you?

If you answered ‘terrible’ or anything less than ‘well’, know that we can always change by accepting help to help us help ourselves!

I can help you with small jobs around the home and garden,  to plan or cook nutritious meals, stretch and strengthen muscles and joints, focus on the breath and respiratory health and by listening and inviting different ways of thinking or perceiving if necessary, by engaging in thought-provoking, stimulating discussion to keep your mind alert,  explore what hobbies and/or sports interest you, get out and about, in your caring role for someone else, manage money and bills, move from unhealthy addictive practices and find meaning in other ways of being and doing.

If you have other questions or needs, please ask! I will always bring a smile and light-hearted way of being and meet you where you are, while hopefully inspiring you to feel well, healthy and happy whatever may be going on.
