Inner Transformation, provide a holistic approach to health and well-being. The practise is for the Mind, to give you peace and happiness within.
The journey begins with working on the body, with breath and movement, to reach the Mind.
When the Body is Health and Mind Will Be health and when the Mind is Health the Body will be heath, and the connection to harmonies both Mind and Body is the Breath.
Inner Transformation is a combination of authentic ancient practices Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Sound Vibration as well as Nutrition and Life coaching.
Peace and happiness is a state of mind, and Inner Transformation, emphases on working on the Mind.
I normal running classes at different venues in and around Birmingham, but due to the Current Social Distancing situation I am currently running my classes on line via Zoom
For Yoga, flow yoga on the Mat, or Gentle yoga in a chair, or any fitness related session, group sessions or
