Inspire Adult Day Support is a small individual lead day support service for adults with learning and physical disabilities. We focus on supporting our members to attain personal goals as well as fulfilling community projects and group activities this in turn gives a sense of achievement and purpose and can boost self esteem and confidence. We understand the importance of interaction with others so we focus on social skills and ways in which we can support our members to socialise as independently as possible with each other and other members within their community. We enjoy trips out on a regular basis and also being creative doing various activities at our base, The Brendon Room Compass Wellbeing. In all aspects of what we do we aim to provide the level of support dependent on the members needs. We promote and encourage members to learn and understand the environment in which they live and support them in ways they can respect and maintain it. We are very passionate about wildlife, animals , nature and its importance to us and the positive effects it can have on our well being. We have our own allotment with chickens where we can carry out hands on tasks as well as an outdoor space to sit and do more creative activities. Inspire Adult Day Support is in partnership with other organisations to maintain a varied and inclusive activity programme. Our main focus is to INSPIRE our members and support them to achieve and live a happy rewarding life!
