I am Janet Neal of J K Solutions, and I have several years of experience supporting vulnerable adults, both in the community and supported living accommodation.
My work experience includes: administration, benefits, working with adults with learning disabilities including those on the autistic spectrum and mental health. My most recent employment as support leader included the supervision of staff, training of new members of staff, and overseeing the health and wellbeing of my clients. I’ve worked alongside other agencies which include: Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, Doctors and Complimentary Therapists.
I am reliable, trustworthy, competent and above all I am caring and the wellbeing of my clients is paramount. I am DBS checked and have public liability insurance cover.
What I offer:-
I am available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (weekends can be arranged at an additional charge).
