Shopping/running errands with or without you.

Help with light domestic tasks (general cleaning, tidying, bed making, ironing).

Light maintenance/DIY/Gardening.

Pet feeding/dog walking and vet appointments for your canine companions.

Help with technology. Phones, telephones, laptops, Wi-Fi.

Escorted appointments, medical and social (to maintain contact with family, friends and community).

Support with meal planning and cooking.

Taking to therapies, clubs or other interests.

Accompanying to brunch or lunch with a good knowledge of local cafes.

Local walks within your capabilities or happy to push a wheelchair.

Tablet supervision.

Sitting Service.

We do not offer personal care.

We are both DBS checked with suitable public liability insurance and have the use of a business insured car for trips away from the home.

We passionately believe in helping people to maintain as much independence as possible and will always work within your requirements and wishes.
