I have recently set up ‘JADance’ based in York delivering ‘Motive Movers’, specialising facilitating dance classes to adults with special educational needs within the community.
The aim of Motive Movers is to socially bring the community together, in a friendly environment through movement that is also beneficial for the well being of participants. Participants will learn, engage and progress throughout, building confidence and set goals will be achieved throughout sessions to allow classes to be personally beneficial to participants.
Classes will help gain confidence, balance, core stability, motor skills, sensory awareness, memory and pattern recognition, alignment and posture, spatial awareness and more.
