I can offer a wide range of services to help support older or disabled people in Frome and surrounding villages. I have 7 years experience of working as a carer in the community. I have a full enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured. I have an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care and many certificates such as Food Hygiene and Safeguarding.

Getting up or going to bed, personal care such as washing, showering, bathing, shaving and oral care. Application of creams, toileting, catheter / stoma care. Help with administering medication, ordering and collection of prescriptions.
Light housework, laundry and ironing.
Shopping: I can take you shopping or do it for you, sort it and put away on return.
Accompany you to appointments either medical or social.
I can prepare and cook meals for you and assist if you need help to eat.
I am also experienced with palliative/end of life care and can offer a sitting service if your relative/main carer needs to go out.
