Jill’s Unique Care and Support Services

Hi, my name is Jill and I live in West Huntspill near Burnham on Sea and I have two grown up children. I am nurse trained and have a Dip. HSC level 5 (Diploma in Health and Social Care) and I have worked in the NHS and Somerset County Council for most of my working life.

My experience includes: working with adults and children with learning disabilities, older people with dementia, people with mental health problems, people with physical illnesses including strokes, MS and MND, cancer and other life limiting illnesses. I have a wealth of experience in the health and social care sector and can provide you with a high standard of person centred care and support.

I can offer you or your loved one care and support in the community or in your own home, this includes: personal care, end of life care, support with outings and appointments, support with communication (including signing and intensive interaction), shopping, light housework, sitting service, companionship, preparation of light meals, and respite.

I have had recent training in basic food hygiene, moving and handling, and first aid, and I have an up to date DBS, my own car with business use insurance and can work most weekends and weekdays.

Please do get in touch if you would like to find out more.
