With nearly 14 years experience as a carer, I have likely covered your condition already. Possibly not, but I like to think that I am well experienced.
In 2008 I started out as a live-in carer after working in a corporate world in South Africa. I don’t know why I didn’t become a carer sooner! I find it very fulfilling to be able to help those in need.
After a stint working in care homes, I found my ‘happy ever after’ on the domiciliary care front where I have been providing care into clients homes for the past 3 years. I couldn’t be happier if I tried.
I am a happy carer, providing person centred care, because it is all about you, your needs and wants and having somebody there when you need them. From frail care, dementia, stroke victims to catheter bags and stomas, I do have the experience. Or maybe you need a hand with your washing and shopping? It’s all in a days work for me.
