K Care Home Services

My name is Kirsty and after working as a carer in the community for five years I decided I wanted to be able to offer a service where I could make even more difference in peoples lives based on continuity of care and relationship building.

I want to be more than someone who comes into help, I want to be someone who brings care, conversation and humour into the lives of the people I help.

I can help you perform all the tasks you need to do on a daily basis which you may now be finding difficult.

I can help you get up, washed or bathed and I love blow drying hair if you are a lady and am a nifty shaver if you are a man.

I can help with meal preparation and cooking, Eggy Bread Queen one previous client called me but my skills do stretch to proper meals.

Running errands can often be a chore and I am happy to help with shopping, picking up prescriptions, taking your dog to the vet and helping you get out into your community and socialising with your friends or even meeting new ones.

I can also help with household duties and I love animals and understand how important they are for companionship so I am more than happy to help you be able to keep your pet.

If you have more complex needs due to medical conditions, I can help as have a lot of experience with more complex needs, just ask.

I know it’s not much fun talking to yourself most of the day, I can provide companionship, time to sit and chat or cover for a family member, if you live with family, for them to pop out knowing that you will be safe and entertained whilst they are out.

My aim is to make a difference in peoples lives, to put the care into care and to see people smile.

Approachable, friendly and adaptable I am happy to discuss your specific needs and with your input put together a plan that works for you. My care plans are catered to the individual.
