Kathy Engler Counselling

If you are struggling with emotional or mental health challenges, seeking therapy can be a powerful step towards healing and growth. Kathy Engler Counselling offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore feelings, gain insight, and develop skills to navigate life’s challenges.

I am a compassionate therapist with over 15 years’ of experience in mental health services. I have a warm and approachable approach to help put you at ease from the very first session. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, which means I work collaboratively with you to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.

I work in a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I specialise in working with people who are neuro-diverse (e.g. Autism, ADHD).

Through therapy with me, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions, develop new coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in your life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help you reach your full potential.

You can expect a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or simply seeking support and guidance, Kathy Engler Counselling is here to help.

I offer a free initial consultation and can offer discounted rates for people with lower incomes. I work mainly from my consulting room in Scissett but can do home visits if required.
