I am an independent personal care assistant covering the Ellesmere Port and Chester areas. I am fully insured, with a valid enhanced DBS and have also been through and completed the Community Catalyst programme through Cheshire West and Chester council. I provide help and support to suit each client’s needs.

The length of time I can be involved is depending on each client’s needs and requirements. There will be a point when my assistance will no longer be sufficient for the client, meaning further specific care may be required to ensure the safety and personal needs of the client are met. I can however bridge the gap to help ease the stress, strain and pressure of families whilst going through the social care process to find long term care.

The roles I can provide to clients are all dependent on what assistance is needed. Below is a description of the two roles I can provide and how I can assist. Please note my list of demands is never closed off to requests or suggestions.

Personal Care Assistant Rates

Weekday Hourly Rate = £18per hour.

Weekend Hourly Rate = £27per hour (Time and a half).

Bank holiday Hourly Rate: £27per hour (time and a half)

Christmas Eve 2023 hourly rate: £27 per hour (time and a half)

Christmas Day 2023 hourly rate: £36 per hour (Double time)

Boxing Day 2023 hourly rate: £36 per hour (Double time)

New Year’s Eve 2023 hourly rate: £27 per hour (time and half)

New Year’s Day 2023 hourly rates £36 per hour (Double time)

Milage = £0.45 per mile or daily charge can be reasonably negotiated

Personal Care Assistant role

• Assist with morning routine. Shower, wash, dress & shave.

• Make bed & change sheets when required.

• Spray and wipe down shower and sink in bathroom after use.

• Prompt to take medication.

• Make a drink / food if required.

Personal Assistance / Supervision / Companionship role Rates:

Weekday Hourly Rate = £16per hour.

Weekend Hourly Rate = £24per hour (Time and a half).

Bank holiday Hourly Rate: £24per hour (time and a half)

Christmas Eve 2023 hourly rate: £24 per hour (time and a half)

Christmas Day 2023 hourly rate: £32 per hour (Double time)

Boxing Day 2023 hourly rate: £32 per hour (Double time)

Personal Assistance / Supervision / Companionship role – As and when requested. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Be a companion for an individual while their carer/spouse has prior arrangements or requires daytime respite.

• Carer/spouse has their own engagements or appointments to attend.

• Encourage and engage everyone with hobbies and or interests of theirs.

• Cleaning, washing, or organising around the home.

• Prescription collecting.

• Grocery shopping.

• Holistic Therapies – reflexology, massage, crystal chakra cleansing & meditation sessions.

• Speaking and liaising with professionals should they require.

Any additional Hours you require please do not hesitate to ask I am free to assist further on Mondays until 3pm & Fridays until 3pm. Personal assistant hours will be charged at the lower rate of £16 per hour.

Bank holidays are not compulsory, families can choose to cancel bank holidays from their schedule.

Please discuss this with me prior to each month’s invoice being generated.
