Life can be scary, confusing, stressful and mundane, as well as wonderful, joyful and awe inspiring. Whatever stage you are in in your life right now, the gentle embodied practices of mindfulness meditation, compassion  and the somatic skills of Mindful Yoga & Qigong can help you navigate the turbulent times we live in.

I love helping people cultivate presence, connection and insight – all qualities that can be developed through training our attention, developing greater awareness of mind, body and emotions – and learning to gently befriend ourselves.

I do this in several ways – Through One to One mindfulness training. The 8 week MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course). The 8 Week CBLC ( Compassion Based Living Course). Also through Mindful Qigong & Yoga & Chair Based Mindful Movement & Meditation for Seniors. I also run workshops for businesses and retreat days of varying topics.

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion practices as well as mindful movement can be a powerful yet gentle catalyst for change, growth, wellbeing and insight. Qualities that can be slowly cultivated in the service of human potential and flourishing!
