Kentside Care and Support Services

Hello!

My name is Victoria, I live in Kendal and I established Kentside Care and Support services in October 2022, after almost 24 years working in the health and social care industry.

I have spent the last 16 years working with people who have long term conditions. Helping people to take Direct Payment and Personal Health budgets, designing care packages that allow people to take charge of their support.

I am passionate about providing professional, person centered care and support to people. After years in the industry I know what good care should look like and will always put you at the forefront of the care and support you receive. This passion and experience has led me to set up my services and work locally as a care and support provider. I work across South Lakes, and will consider locality on a case by case basis.

It is important to me that Kentside Care and Support works in a way that lets people self direct their own care. I will work with you to make sure you’re involved as much or as little as you like in every aspect of planning, arranging and delivering care in a way that makes sense to you. You should be able to choose who supports you, when they support you and have flexibility so your care package doesn’t dictate life, you do. For this reason I have developed a Menu of Support Services, which I hope will help you to do this. You can have as much or as little support as you need or choose. See my Menus of supports below.

I am fully insured for all my services and DBS checked.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my offer to you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to talk further or have any questions.
