Hi my name is Kim. If you require any help or support I am providing a one to one service supporting individuals with personal care needs, care and companionship, meal preparation and medication prompts. housework, gardening and enabling access to the community. I also provide PA support for individuals requiring support with everyday tasks providing guidance with finances,support maintaining a comfortable and clean home, encouragement to access community based projects and promoting wellbeing and independence.
