KP Care provides local  care and support in the Rushcliffe area to people living independently but who need a little bit of extra help or support. We are an established business that takes real pride in ensuring that individual needs are provided for in a professional, caring and dedicated manner.
Being a small local organisation enables us deliver a more personal and flexible service that  ensures that you the customer have the chance to really get to know your support worker, and our support worker gets to understand what is important to you.

Packages of assistance are agreed following an initial meeting with the customer and, where necessary, their next of kin or representative, where a detailed assessment of needs is completed.

Our services  which can be provided on a weekly, fortnightly or daily basis and include :

Home Living Support
Our home living support services are particularly suited to customers diagnosed with dementia or who are experiencing difficulty with mobility, struggling with anxiety, depression or social isolation. If you have recently been discharged from hospital and require support to deal with a lifestyle change or transition such as a bereavement or home move. We can help with shopping or errands, light house keeping, washing and ironing, menu planning and food preparation, making beds and linen changing, prescription collection.

Companionship / Befriending Service
If  you have chosen to live at home and have support needs, you may sometimes feel isolated  and lonely. Companions (or befrienders) are people who telephone or visit you regularly. Our services are aimed at older people but there are also services for people with mental health problems (e.g dementia) or  disabled people. We will visit or phone you to provide social support and help with things you might be struggling with, such as paperwork, medication prompts,making phone calls or arranging or attending  appointments. Sometime you may just want to be  escorted  to a social group, visit neighbours or friends be accompanied to dinner or lunch.

KP Care charge an hourly rate with flexible payment terms to meet individual customer preferences.
