Let’s Get Going is a Community Interest Company that thrives on making a difference.  We aim to provide a range of services designed to increase the emotional well-being of individuals through connecting with their core feelings.  Feeling good now, is the key to empowering yourself.

Let’s Get Going works with individuals, and families to achieve this goal.  Through moving, play and creativity, we know your well being will significantly improve,  and make your ‘Now’ a better place!

We want everyone to remember the sun is always shining – sometimes the clouds can be present, however the sun is still there. When problems and troubles appear it seems like things will always be like this. However, things always change, and moving, play and creativity can help shift the focus and bring better feelings to the fore.  We want to bring this message to everyone. We work with  everyone, families and individuals also a range of family support organisations to provide these sessions to vulnerable, low income and or shielding families.

We run sessions each week online  – funded until end of April;

Let’s Go Rahh!! – Exercise and play for grown ups and their children 1-5 years every Tuesday and Thursday 10.00am

Uplift – Active Well-being program (6 weeks rolling) consists of 2 sessions per week.

Let’s Create – Grown up and child creative time on Friday afternoon from 3.00pm

Parent Support- Weekly support and connect session, with occasional guest speakers 8.00pm.

Active Kids – Older Kids session on Wednesday 4.30 – 5.30pm 6-11 year olds.

Let’s Create with Elders- this is specifically for older isolated people – to create at home, resources will be delivered and items collected once they are made.
