I am Lydia and I created this service to provide help with everyday life, personal care and companionship to people of my community, Like A Friend.
I can assist with:
- Personal care
- House tasks
- Meals
- Shopping
- Companionship
- Going out to places
- Health care
- Caring for a person while you are away, from a few hours to a few days
I have a diploma in Health and Social Care and a diploma in higher education in Psychology.
I am a member of the National Association of Care and Support Workers (NACAS).
I have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
Areas: Deeside, Mold and surrounding areas, West Chester and surrounding areas, North East Denbighshire
Languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian and some words of Welsh!

I have been through the Community Catalysts programme in Cheshire West and Chester - 09/07/2023 Community Catalysts runs a local development programme in the area where this entrepreneur is operating that offers help, advice and support to local people. As part of this programme this enterprise/venture has signed up to the Doing It Right Standards. This does not mean that they have been accredited or approved in any way by the local council or by Community Catalysts and people should continue to do their own checks.
