Provider of conventional and alternative mental health support for adults.

Amanda is a highly experienced registered mental health professional offering individual, couples and group support for people feeling worried or worried about feeling.

Helping you to maintain or rebuild your authentic self when feeling lost or out of balance through your experiences or changes during childhood, or becoming an adult, partner or parent, including life changing events such as an accident or illness, childbirth, endings or transitions in relationships, abuse, neglect, or assault. It might even be that you are yet to identify for the cause of your feelings, and just know something happened to make you feel this way.

Amanda also supports families emotionally when their child cannot attend school due to emotionally based school avoidance (some times known as school refusal or school avoidance and associated with autism, ADHD, social anxiety and social communication difficulties), and offers a free fortnightly online group to support parent and carers emotionally with this difficult situation.
