Amanda is the founder of Liminal Connections, and is a Holistic Health & Energy Medicine Practitioner, as well as an experienced registered Mental Health professional offering individual, couples and group support for adults wishing to grow from their experiences of stress, overwhelm, or burnout.
The intuitive way in which Amanda offers therapies, journeys and spaces brings together years of professional training and experience in mindfulness, meditation, reiki and energy healing, mental health nursing, coaching & counselling skills, and conscious connected breathwork; to support you to find a way to learn to live with your natural responses, and rediscover your rested and neutral mind, body, and spiritual way of being. Amanda works with many other practitioners to provide a whole person approach to exactly what you need.
Welcoming all adults ready to begin THIS WORK, of coming home into presence, whilst navigating the challenging system around them. Many people called to work with Amanda over the years are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, etc), or are practitioners themself in the holistic world or public sector.
Most people who come to work with Amanda are experiencing high levels of stress, overwhelm or burnout, have experienced complicated traumas, and typically have physical pain as a result of their experiences, from headaches and migraines to fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue. Many people who approach Amanda have tried conventional medication and therapy, and feel stuck in “illness”, wanting to find another way to manage their debilitating symptoms. Amanda works to explore your nervous system responses to an experience and bring you back into alignment and comfort.
