Live in Companionship and Care
Hello my name is Helen, and I’m a mature female who has worked as a carer/ companion for several clients over the past several years on a live in basis.
The majority of my work has been with older vulnerable people both male and female.
I have a full UK driving licence and my own vehicle, I also have several excellent, contactable references including my most recent employer.
Whilst working for clients, some of my duties have included general care, cooking and preparing meals to specific tastes and dietary requirements, driving, appointments and outings, shopping, liaising with health care professionals and family, medication prompting, maintaining the clients interests and hobbies, and ensuring mental and physical stimulation within the client’s capabilities.
