My name is Mandy and I am an insured, qualified care and support worker.
I have three years experience in this role but a lot more years of life experiences.
I am able to care and support people in their own homes and can tailor the type of support to suit the individual. Being able to listen and communicate with people in need of help, I believe is important to the well being of anyone and I am ready to listen and help.
I can visit people who are coming to their last days of life, giving help and support to the whole family. I recognise that this is a difficult and emotional time and I aim to help in any way to make a difference. This will include all the personal care for the individual, sitting with them to allow the family to have a break for a few hours. When the time comes I can also help with dealing with the initial legal formalities of notification.
