With over 30 year’s experience between ourselves (Laura and Martin)we set up MEAMS to make sure Every Adult Matters through the service we provide.
Our aim is to provide flexible and responsible support to adults of all needs and abilities from those affected by age, mental health, learning disability, life limiting conditions, the pressures of caring for a loved one etc.. and making sure through this service they have a real choice and say in how they are supported.
The team makes sure that your interests and preferences are heard and we are able to use this to support you as best we can to continuously adapt your needs or help support that best suits you.
We support with a range of services including, but not limited to;
. Support around the home with house hold chores.
. Going out to do the things you enjoy (perhaps grabbing a coffee, visit family, do your shopping etc…).
. Help organise paperwork, help to make an online order.
. If you need help and support to attend any appointments, such as GP, hospital, dentist, hairdressers etc…
. Perhaps you need to go out and want someone to sit in with a loved one, we can provide a sit in service or even better, take them out for a couple of hours to do something they enjoy.
Overall we aim to support you in living the life you want, so please get in contact with us and we will be happy to have a chat about how we may be able to support you.
. We are fully insured and all staff are DBS checked.
We work on a one to one basis or two to one depending on support needed.
