Mindfully Caring – I’m Alicia, a community caregiver. I specialise in emotional support and well-being for older adults who are keen stay independent for longer. I work with people in the comfort of their homes and always work in a person centred way. The service I offer is more of a stepping stone and a gentle approach into the beginnings of care. I can work alongside and compliment other independent carers or care companies once the time comes, helping to keep familiarity and trust in place at all times.
This caring and professional service can also be peace of mind to families who might just need someone to check in on a loved one to help keep routine and continuity in place.
