I am a home care provider who understands that getting older comes with all kinds of challenges in your day to day life. I can help to support you to face these challenges head on. I passionately believe that you are the one person who knows exactly what you want, and you are the one who can decide how you are supported. I am certain that with complete transparency and open and clear communications together we can make it easier for you to continue to live independently doing what is important to you, and living life the way you choose.

I have experience in older people’s care ranging from (but not limited to) frail older people, strokes, arthritis, epilepsy, dementia care and end of life care. My work life included managing a 36 bed residential dementia friendly, over 15 years as Deputy Care Manager, 13 Years as a trainer and team leader.

I promote diversity and equality and comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements, including insurance and an enhanced DBS.

I have no magic formula nor a magic wand to make this the best service, however I do have a full working life in the care sector, bringing a wealth of experience. I have common sense and will constantly evaluate the service to ensure the service provided would be what I would expect for my own parents.
