Hello, my name is Nicki and I am an experienced health care assistant/personal assistant offering person-centred care to people in their own homes.
My experience includes working with people who need End of Life Care, Dementia Care, Re-enablement, Complex Care and support with Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, and my qualifications include Level 4 (HNC) in health management.
I would like to offer a sitting service, personal care, domestic support and other supports such as shopping and picking up prescriptions, and I offer flexibility to suit each person’s own individual needs and preferences.
