One-2-One Helping Hands, has been set up as a support service for individuals or couples who need a helping hand to retain your independence in your own home; after an operation, accident, or longer term due to age or disability.   At those times, wouldn’t it be lovely to have someone help make life that little bit easier?

Whether as a companion, help keeping the garden tidy, walking the dog when you are unable to do so, taking you out when you can’t drive, sorting out your shopping or helping you wash your feet.

I am a retired health professional who can help you be more comfortable at home, providing tailored support for you, happily working around the Shepton Mallet area from Wells to Frome and the villages and hamlets around.

My normal working hours are:  

•  Monday   8am – 6pm,
• Tuesday 8am – 6pm,
•  Wednesday 8am – 6pm
• Thursday  8am – 6pm
• .Friday 8am – 4pm

Support required outside of normal working hours, for night time or weekend respite care, can be negotiated depending on the level of support required.

 My Fees are £10 for 30mins or £16 an hour / £8 for 30 minutes, pro rata for the first 4 hours and £10 per hour thereafter.
