Quality 1 aims to provide diverse and equal support with every individual that we support. We acknowledge individuals differences and therefore create a person-centred support when dealing with them. This will acknowledge their different needs but at the same time providing equal and acknowledging their diverse whether it’s their belief or their religion. We also understand discrimination and therefore creates a anti-discriminatory environment where individuals are made to feel equal. This means that the service provider are able to form a good relationship with different service users.
Quality 1 also provides a range of support such as; meal preparation, housework, trips out, home activities, activities to improve cognitive development, chair-based exercise and a chat and a laugh and a bit of companionship.
