Based in West Somerset. We are an active day-care service for people with learning difficulties as well as anxiety.
The aims of R and R adult day care services is to provide clients with the skills they need to reach their full potential. We will do this by helping them to grow and adapt to the fast-paced world around them. With our own skills and relevant experience including Richard having a mental health degree and both having qualifications in counselling, enables us to help support people with specific needs e.g. anxiety. The aim is to achieve individual goals in various different ways. These can include but are not limited to:
