Reach Community Services
Reach Community Services provides support and opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs within the Wyre Forest area.
Through our services we provide a range of positive activities which promote self advocacy, equality of opportunity, maintaining and developing skills, and links within the local community.
Our friendly, professional team offer support through individual goal planning, one to one and group work. Individuals are assessed to find out the level of support they require, and how their needs and goals can be best met. Through Reach Community Services individuals are able to develop their confidence, communication and social skills, and other skills for life. Also individuals are able to make new friends and have fun!
We offer a variety of ‘leisure and recreational’ activities including:
Arts and crafts, baking, gardening, sports and games and outings
Also ‘Skills for Life’ based activities including:
Cookery, travel training, money and shopping skills and computer sessions
Our team is based within the heart of the picturesque town of Bewdley. We aim to provide a healthy, safe environment offering access to a wide range of materials and facilities. Our staff are fully experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs, trained in First Aid, Health and safety as well as being advanced CRB checked.
Our opening times are:
Wednesdays and Thursdays 9.15 am to 3.15 pm
We offer full day sessions: 9.15 am – 3.15 pm
Also half day sessions: 9.15 am – 12.15 pm or 12.15 pm – 3.15 pm
