Hello my name is Lisa. I have worked in care for over 4 years and I decided to set up my own micro-enterprise called Rowan Tree Care and Support. I chose to use the name ‘Rowan Tree’ as the name of my micro-enterprise because this particular tree grows in the Urquhart village in Scotland and Urquhart is my marital surname. As a Support Worker now branching out on my own I vow to treat you with dignity and respect and ensure to focus on a person-centered approach whilst supporting you. I am a member of the National Association of Care and Support Workers, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, fully insured and on the DBS update service.
