Social Support Suffolk

Social Support Suffolk is designed for you and your needs. Over 15 years of experience with the Elderly, Dementia, and Learning Disabilities combined with relevant qualifications Diploma Level 3 & BA (Honours) Degree in Health and Social Care enables me to provide a service to you or your loved ones that I would expect for my own without compromise. Please call for an informal chat about your requirements and expectations. Respect, choice, inclusion and well being are at the heart of Social Support Suffolk.

I have experience working with the elderly, dementia sufferers and Learning Disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. This experience has shown me that larger companies can not always meet the more detailed aspects of individualized care due to staff issues or time restraints. This is where Social Support Suffolk is different. Time is booked to be on a One to One basis and to include support and care to meet the needs and expectations of the individual. Life is about more than household chores and personal care, it is about improving on well being, having choice and connecting with others. As a none driver it is a prominent part of the support given that it is done via public transport or walking. This is a great enabler to becoming a part of the community and being more interactive in the world around us.

Support given is done at a pace and level agreed with each individual in order to support growth in confidence, independence and community connections which support happiness and improved well being.

The support given by Social Support Suffolk is designed to meet the needs and expectations of the individual and the responsibilities of the company by creating person centred support or care plans around the individual to include Daily Records, Support or Care Plan, Risk Assessments, Safeguarding, Service Reviews, Client Expectations and Company Responsibilities.

Social Support Suffolk is fully insured, DBS checked, Double Covid 19 Vaccinated. Services will be available from September 2021.
