Support By Day are here to help older people, people with learning difficulties, people with physical and mobility issues, and people with dementia to live their life to the fullest and help with day to day tasks which have become more difficult.
We can help with your shopping, attend appointments/community groups with you, or just take you for a day out. We can help you keep on top of your household correspondence and help with budgeting if necessary. We can also help with meal planning and meal preparation.
In addition, we can give partners or family members/carers a well deserved break by providing a friendly sitting service, to make sure their loved ones are cared for while they are away.
We are friendly, trustworthy and reliable. As it is just the two of us, you will always know who will visit you and support you, this is especially important when visiting someone with dementia as a trusting relationship is quickly made.
