Hello my name is Tatyana, and I am a sole trader based in Somerset, working within the Taunton and surrounding area.

I have set up The Power of Possibility as I strongly believe that everything is possible, and that I can make a contribution to peoples’ lives by offering a person centred approach, which respects each person’s wishes, likes and desires.

I offer flexible support in your own home and out in the community.  I will support you on your terms, and assist you with activities and tasks of your choice.  This could be with help around home and garden, cooking, or leisure and sport activities.

I work with adults, and my service is tailored to suit each individual person who I work with.

I have a Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have had 8 years’ experience working within the care sector, including working for Mind mental health charity, Somerset County Council Learning Disabilities Service, domiciliary support, care homes, a day centre,  an Emergency Assessment Unit, and supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, and with mental health needs.  I am also the mother of an Autistic son.

I also have a Diploma in Computer Technology, which was my job prior to my career in care.

My service includes:

• Social and sport activities
• Companionship
• Shopping
• Cooking
• Escorted health appointments and other escorted trips, including days out
• Gardening
• Domestic chores
• Help with maintaining contact with family and friends
• Dog walking
• Pet care, including visits to the vet
• Any computer help, such as set up, virus protection, maintenance, and setting up internet communication such as email, skype, facebook, to help you to be in contact with distant family and friends.
