Time to Thrive

I am a freelance Wellbeing and Parenting Coach having worked in this arena for just over 10 years and constantly engaging in training to ensure my toolkit is expansive to address individual circumstances. I have recently completed my degree in Public Health & Wellbeing.

Before starting my coaching, I gained experience in both perinatal and post natal mental health, working both one to one and running groups. This is a subject close to my heart after suffering with post natal depression myself. Additionally, I have supported people through lifestyle coaching, utilising motivational interviewing skills to ensure they are in the best place to goal set. I am ASIST trained and confident working with many aspects of mental health.

I am a competent parenting coach having supported families who are involved with social services and have a strong track record of achieving positive outcomes with families.

From both my hands on and academic experience, I engage with my clients in a unique, holistic manner – Ensuring the best possible outcomes for them.
