HEALING SERVICES

Reiki – £35

An energetic treatment where the practitioner channels energy to the client by putting their hands on or close to various parts of the body. Reiki is a safe treatment that can help you with many issues such as stress, anxiety, PTSD, pain, depression, insomnia and is a very supportive treatment to assist during life’s difficult times.

Sound Healing – £40

Using sound and vibration to rid our bodies of unhelpful energies which come from trauma and negative experiences. These energies can stay stuck in the body, causing imbalance and eventually illness. Sound healing can clear away these energies, raise your inner vibrations and create and happier and healthier body, mind and spirit.

  • Sound Massage with Tibetan Bowls

Sound Massage Therapy is a natural treatment that can help with relaxation, insomnia, stress, removing toxins and emotional blockages, relaxing muscles and fascia, promoting wellbeing, headaches and migraine, PMS, rheumatoid arthritis, plantar fasciitis, trapped nerves and for reducing blood pressure.

Various Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and near the body. The vibrations created when the bowls are played and absorbed deeply into your cells, tissues and bones and clear away any blockages helping you to feel relaxed, balanced and whole again as it re-awakens and re-aligns the body’s natural healing ability.

  • Tuning Fork Therapy

Playing tuning forks on or near the body can induce a state of deep relaxation prompting the body’s parasympathetic (rest and digest) response. This is where the body can repair and heal itself, so the tuning forks are a valuable tool for promoting, enhancing and maintaining wellbeing.

As tuning fork therapy promotes relaxation and decreases cortisol (stress) hormones it’s great for reducing stress and anxiety. It can also help with insomnia, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), can offer pain relief, reduce headaches, migraines and tension, help with IBS, PMS, painful periods, increase energy, focus and elevate mood.

  • Natural Face Lift Massage – £35

Natural Facelift Massage is a blend of Indian and Japanese traditions that help to release stress and tension, promote relaxation and improve tone and energy flow to the face, head and neck. Many of the acupressure points used in this technique can help with digestion and immunity as well.

The techniques in this massage not only treat the surface but also the deep facial tissues with hand and finger manipulation. They can strengthen and tone facial muscles, improve lymphatic flow, increase blood circulation and improve the skin’s condition.
