Do you care for your loved one? Are you in need of a break for a few hours or would like to ensure they are in safe hands while you go to work? Our new exciting day service will provide respite care and support to the very important people in your life.

Or are you at home alone all day, every day? Are you fed up looking at the same walls? Our centre is designed to value individual people and support you as much as you need to take part in activities of your choice that will improve your quality of life, delay further deterioration of your physical and mental health and ensure you have a positive and fulfilling experience.

Meeting others and creating friendships at our centre will help to reduce social isolation within our community by providing you with opportunities to extend your social networks and form relationships, maintaining your interests, activities and social involvement. This in turn will lead to a better night’s sleep and even improve relationships when your days are full with fun, laughter and peace of mind.

A wide range of activities are available based on whatever each person would like to do and achieve.  They include  craft and art work, reading, games, beauty therapy including hair and nails, cooking, gardening, golf putting, pool, bowls, dancing, singing and music lessons, relaxation sessions, reminiscence sessions, mental stimulation and exercise sessions indoors and outdoors.
