VBS-Healthcare is a family owned CQC registered business whose owners have over 30 years’ experience of delivering care services to people who live with different healthcare conditions. We are a business that establishes warm relationships with Service Users and aim to quickly establish that essential personal connection from the point of initial contact.
We provide good quality care services to people who live with: Dementia, Physical and Learning Difficulties, Eating Disorders, Substance Misuse Problems, Sensory Impairment and Mental Health Challenges.
We do not compromise on quality. This therefore, improves the confidence the Service Users and their family members have in us. We begin with listening to you in the initial conversation, arrange a meeting in your own home to talk about your care needs or the care needs of your loved one.
We do not judge you for it is all about your preferences as well as needs and how you would like them to be met. You will decide when you would like to receive your care. We work in partnership with you and we are very flexible to enable adjustments to change.
The care we provide can range from 30 minutes to an hour or even more depending with your needs, be it in the morning, afternoon (lunch) or evening (tea or bedtime). We are also available to provide 24-hour home care.
