We are a Wellbeing and Mental Health service, you can access our services if you have been signposted to us from your GP. We provide support for low level mental health such as stress, anxiety, depression, social isolation, weight and pain management, health tips. We provide a tailored person centred service, working with you at your pace.
We are qualified health and wellbeing coaches, accredited through the Personalised Care Institute, we have training in psychological tools utilised by the NHS that support you to find your way to be in control of your health and wellbeing.
If you receive a Personal Health Budget you can use this money towards our services, we will talk to you about what you are struggling with and we will do activities with you over a number of weeks in order to provide you a safe space to talk in, about your health, your overall wellbeing and we will talk to you about the things you enjoy doing that help you to feel better.
We provide a holistic service that enables you to work with us at your pace and the work we do is about providing education, tips, doing practical things with you, and finding things that make you feel better about you.
We provide access to creative activities to support you to find ways to support your own individual overall positive mental health. We work in group settings or through 1 to 1 support.
