My name is Louise and my background is working within the NHS district nursing neighbourhood teams across Leeds. I decided to set up my own company, Willow Homecare Leeds. I am passionate about caring for people and my vision is to always go the extra mile to ensure we are providing the best service possible that allows clients to remain in their own homes as long as possible. We are here to help you in ways that other care providers may not, by offering a personal service to each of our clients, we will offer you help in a way that works for you, our clients are the ones who make the rules, each of our care staff will follow your person centred care plans and will take the time to understand what support you require and how you like this to be done. We understand how difficult it can be to allow strangers into your home, so we keep the number of care staff you meet to a minimum. This makes the service we are providing personal and safe as they will know all about how you like things to be done. Willow Homecare Leeds team also understands how important it is for our clients to keep in touch with family and friends and maintain normal social networks, we will help and encourage you to meet up with family and friends and can signpost you to local social centres if you wish.
