Hello, my name is Lianne and I am the owner of Wish Care.

Wish Care is a small local based care service that offers a variety of specialised and personalised support to those who may need some extra help.

I have a plethora of experience working in care and working with a range of vulnerable adults for over 20 years, including those with learning disabilities and mental health struggles. From this experience gained I am able to provide an expert care service and hopefully be able to make a real impact on people’s lives.

I decided to set up my own business after working with bigger care facilities. These facilities tend to have certain limitations that often times are detrimental to the needs of the individual. Observing these issues inspired me to offer the local community a highly personalised and tailored care experience that is mouldable to a person’s needs. This is because no two people are the same and each individual has their own ambition, aspirations and goals that I would strive to achieve and more. Together, we can create a customised and tailored care and support plan.

Wish Care offers a range of personalised services from your own home including:
Social outing/ Social Organisations, help at home, shopping, mealtime support, welfare support and accessing the community.
