“With a Little Help”
“With a Little Help” offers cheerful and friendly care and support in the home, especially with light chores, meal preparation and support…maybe learning new recipes together, any bits of shopping required and other local errands. I can also offer financial support, and general companionship.
I am trained in relaxation techniques…when life gets a bit ’stressy’……and have a range of art and craft pastimes we could share together, which is always fun!
If you’d like a friend to accompany you on a trip to the local cinema, or library, or even a meal out or chat over a cuppa at a cafe, I’m happy to share that too!
