Yona – centred care
My name is Yona Dias da Silva. I am a self-employed micro provider from Taunton, providing personal flexible and responsible support and care to the local community, offering an alternative to more traditional services giving people more choices and control over the support they get.
My 12 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, allowed me to work in different settings from nursing homes, a mental health hospital and learning disabilities care homes.
With my services I can offer support to keep individuals well, socialise and remain independent living in their own homes. I can also provide short breaks and give day support and help around the home.
