We are Ruth and Dave. We live in Kendal with our teenage daughter and enjoy getting out and about in our beautiful local countryside. Following many years working in the NHS and care settings we want to provide a friendly and personal local service to help you do the things that are important to you.
We can provide support with a variety of activities, such as:
- Hobbies
- Exercise
- Shopping
- Small jobs in the house or garden
- Companionship
We love meeting people and getting to know them and want to make sure that the help we offer fits with your life and priorities. We know that it can be difficult letting strangers into your home and will always respect your privacy and wishes.

I have been through the Community Catalysts programme in Cumbria - 26/05/2023 Community Catalysts runs a local development programme in the area where this entrepreneur is operating that offers help, advice and support to local people.
